Standard delivery costs £3.99 for orders under £79 and is free on orders of £80 – £299.99 per address. Orders of £300 or more will automatically be upgraded to Express delivery for free. We send our products by recorded delivery.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday (if in stock or not custom made orders) will be process and dispatched in 3 – 5 days (excluding saturdays & Sundays).

Orders placed on Friday or at the weekend will be process and dispatched in 3 – 5 days (excluding Saturdays & Sundays) if it is stock or not custom made orders.

Custom-made order

Custom made orders could take a little longer depending on the complexity of the design. Confirmation of the delivery date would be sent to your email address.

Express Delivery – £13.99

Express delivery where possible this will be a next day service and orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday, will be 1 day delivery service. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Thursday will be 2 days. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or anytime at the weekend will arrive on the following Tuesday. Orders will need to be signed for.

Please note, this excludes 1 - 3 working days of instock order process and dispatch.

You can have your order delivered by Express delivery to any address in the UK. Unfortunately we do not deliver to addresses in Eire or the Channel Islands. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail or by Secure Mail Services and will need to be signed for. Our Express service delivers on Saturdays.

Express delivery costs £13.99 for orders up to the value of £299.99. Express delivery is free on orders of £300 or more.

OUTSIDE UK BUYERS
Goods will be shipped within 5-10 working days depending on availability and how complicated the design is. Some of our new designs can even take 21 days.
Delivery is from* £19.99 for orders under £100 & £15.95 for orders over £100. It might be ship directly from our supplier so make posting faster and cheaper.

Please note: If there’s any clearance fee or custom duty fee to be paid, that must be sorted between the customer and the immigrations in their country.
