Standard delivery – £3.99
Standard delivery costs £3.99 for orders under £79 and is free on orders of £80 – £299.99 per address. Orders of £300 or more will automatically be upgraded to Express delivery for free. We send our products by recorded delivery.
Orders placed Monday to Thursday (if in stock or not custom-made orders) should be dispatched within 3 – 5 days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
Orders placed on Friday or at the weekend, whether in-stock or not custom-made, should be dispatched within 4 – 7 days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
Custom-made order
Custom orders could take a little longer, depending on the complexity of the design. A confirmation of the delivery date will be sent to your email address.

Express Delivery – £14.99
Express delivery, where possible, will be a one-day UK delivery via Royal Mail, orders placed by 2 p.m; please allow up to 2 days of dispatch. Monday through Friday. Monday through Thursday will be dispatched in 2 days. Orders placed after 2 p.m. Friday or anytime at the weekend will arrive on the following Tuesday. Orders will need to be signed for.
You can have your order delivered by Express delivery to any address in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses in Eire or the Channel Islands. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail or by Secure Mail Services and will need to be signed for. Our Express service delivers on Saturdays.
Express delivery costs £14.99 for orders up to £299.99. It is free on orders of £300 or more.
OUTSIDE UK BUYERS
Goods will be shipped within 5-10 working days, depending on availability and the complexity of the design. Some of our new designs can even take 21 days.
Delivery is from* £19.99 for orders under £100 & £15.95 for orders over £100. It might be ship directly from our supplier so make posting faster and cheaper.
We are expanding and are always finding easier means to take stress off clients.
Please note: If there’s any clearance fee or custom duty fee to be paid, that must be sorted between the customer and the immigrations in their country.
